Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Pushinn mobile application or website ("App") operated by Pushinn ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using Pushinn, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant Pushinn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you post does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, interfere with its proper functioning, or use it to scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users without their consent.

6. Location Services

The App uses location data to provide core features such as the spot map and location-tagged posts. By enabling location services, you consent to collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Battle Protocol

Battles in Pushinn are asynchronous Game of SKATE contests governed by community rules. Results are determined by the platform. We reserve the right to modify battle rules, scoring, or ranking systems at any time.

8. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and other third-party networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the App (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Pushinn or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pushinn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any loss of data or reputation.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pushinn is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
